    Company

    We are building Proactive Intelligence.

NexDiscovery is the company behind the Proactive Intelligence platform, built on autonomous cross-system discovery. We build software that connects to the systems a company already runs, searches across all of them at once, and surfaces the revenue, margin, and risk signals that live between them. Based in San Francisco, founded by Jeremy Vince, Omar Yaacoubi, and Pamela Talevski.

    Leadership

Built by the team behind Proactive Intelligence.

NexDiscovery was founded by three operators who have spent their careers solving complex problems across strategy, data, operations, and technology.

    Jeremy Vince

An executive operator who has spent his career inside complex organizations seeing the same problem repeat itself: the information needed to make a better decision already existed, but it was trapped across disconnected systems, teams, and owners. That experience became the operating thesis behind NexDiscovery.

Before NexDiscovery, Jeremy served as Chief of Staff at Anglepoint, a five-time Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, partnering directly with the CEO to redesign how the company operated across go-to-market, talent, and cross-functional execution. Earlier, he built a national talent strategy for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

At NexDiscovery, he leads company strategy, enterprise customer development, partnerships, and go-to-market.

    Co-Founder

    Pamela Talevski

Pamela Talevski has spent her career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth. She began at McKinsey and PwC, advising Fortune 500 companies through expansion, transformation, and complex transactions. She brings deep experience in private equity and venture capital, backing founders from seed to IPO and leading investment strategy across sports, media, and financial services.

She then moved into operating leadership, where she saw the same pattern repeatedly: the answers were somewhere in the data, spread across systems that did not talk to each other, and by the time anyone assembled them, the window to act had closed.

She co-founded NexDiscovery to solve that problem — surfacing the signals hiding across an organization's systems, explaining what they mean, and recommending what to do next, before anyone knows to ask.

Pamela also advises across enterprise AI, consumer brands, and growth-stage ventures. She is a graduate of The Wharton School and is based in California.

    Why we exist

The answer is already in the data. It is just disconnected.

Every company we meet already owns the signals it needs. Revenue lives in one system, cost in another, risk in a third, and no tool reads them together, so the most valuable patterns stay invisible until they become a missed quarter. Dashboards show what someone already knew to track. Consultants take 90 days. Internal teams are busy running the business.

We started NexDiscovery to close that gap with a platform that searches across systems on its own, runs inside the company's own environment, and returns findings a leader can act on. The 30-day sprint is how we prove it. The platform is what keeps finding.

    What we believe

The principles the product is built on.

    Discovery beats dashboards

The signals that matter most are the ones nobody knew to look for.

    Your data stays yours

Discovery should run where the data lives, with nothing sent to an external model.

    Findings, not homework

A result should arrive as an action for an owner, not a chart to interpret.

    Proof before expansion

Earn the next step by surfacing real value first.

    The category

    Proactive Intelligence.

Proactive Intelligence is the category, and autonomous cross-system discovery is the mechanism underneath it. It is the one category dashboards and BI tools structurally cannot claim, because the whole value comes from data being scattered across disconnected systems. It is not decision intelligence, not another copilot, and not consulting. It is a platform that finds what your systems, dashboards, and reports miss.
