    How it starts

A Scoping Call. You bring your business direction and priority systems. We agree on scope, who needs to be involved, and what success looks like. There is no financial commitment at this stage.

    How the Sprint runs

Over four weeks, the work follows the four steps.

    1. Week 1: Connect and scope (Map). Read-only connections to your priority systems are set up. The business question is confirmed, and field scope is agreed with your security and data teams. Where data is incomplete or inconsistent, the gap is noted.
    2. Week 2: Cross-system search (Correlate). The discovery engine searches the approved data across systems and surfaces candidate signals that no single system holds.
    3. Week 3: Validate and score (Validate). Each candidate is traced to source records and scored for confidence. Anything that cannot be verified is dropped.
    4. Week 4: Deliver Action Packs (Recommend). You receive 2 to 3 source-backed Action Packs and a board-ready ROI readout.

    What we need from you

    • Read-only access to your priority systems, such as CRM, billing, finance, ERP, or files.
    • Confirmation of the primary business question.
    • Agreement on field scope with your security and data teams.

The data readiness checklist covers this in more detail.

    What you receive

2 to 3 Action Packs. Each includes what was found, why it matters, estimated dollar impact, evidence, a recommended action, and a suggested owner. You also receive a board-ready ROI readout.
